Brief Itinerary: Day 01: Hanoi - Ba Be Day 02: Ba Be - Cao Bang Day 03: Cao Bang Day 04: Trekking day Day 05: Cao Bang - Lang Son Day 06: Lang Son - Halong Day 07: Halong bay Day 08: Halong - Hanoi DETAILED ITINERARY: Day 01: Hanoi – Ba Be (B,L,D)  Depart for Ba Be national park via Thai Nguyen, province of tea plantation. Visit some tea hills along the way at Giang Tien town. Then continue the road trip to reach to Dinh Hoa for lunch. After that, keep driving to Ba Be lake via Bac Kan province. Arrive Pac Ngoi hamlet, where Tay people living. Home stay there in stilt house. Day 02: Ba Be lake boating - Cao Bang (B,L,D) After breakfast, start the boat trip around Ba Be lake. Enjoy the beautiful landscape the pristine water in Ba Be Lake 500 hectare, 8km length, 3 km width and the deepest point is 35m.Lunch at Cho Ra, then keep driving to Quang Uyen town via Cao Bang city.Home stay in Quang Uyen. Day 03: Quang Uyen market (B,L,D) Wake up in the early morning to take part in the animated atmosphere of Quang Uyen traditional market. In exactly these days: the day 1st, 6th, 11th, 16th, 21st, 26th each lunar month; all the hill tribe living around here as Tay, Nung , Dzao... will come down to the market with many their hand made products for sale or exchange. Driving to Ban Gioc hamlet where Tay people living, visit Ban Gioc waterfall, the most beautiful one in Viet Nam, which located in the border between Viet Nam and China. Then return Quang Uyen and stay there to understand clearly their traditional custom. Day 04: Trekking day to visit 4 different traditional villages (B,L,D) Having breakfast, walking around Phia Trang forging village to see how they make their traditional products. (Forge knife, hoe, and plough…) Then trek to Tu Do - bricking traditional village to see the real their daily working. (Producing brick). After the lunch and a short relaxing, drive to Lung O and Phia Thap to see how the local there making incense and paper. Then continue driving to Cao Bang via Ma Phuc - the most beautiful pass in the north east. (Walk over this pass to enjoy its beauty) Day 05: Cao Bang - Lang Son (B,L,D) Enjoy the breakfast, driving to Lang Son via Dong Khe, That Khe and Dong Dang border crossing, Ky Lua Market etc... Stop for photographing on your demands. Visit Dong Dang market. Lunch in Dong Dang. Then driving to Lang Son to check - in hotel.. Free to visit Lang Son city with Dong Kinh market - the busiest one in Lang Son or Tam Thanh pagoda cave. Day 06: Lang Son – Ha Long (B,L,D) After breakfast, drive to Ha Long via Tien Yen - Ha Lam - Mong Duong, you have chance to take photo the coal mine, driving to Ha Long. Stop at Hon Gai town to visit Hon Gai seafood market, and then get on the ferry to reach to Ha Long city. Day 07: Ha Long Bay boat trip (B,L,D) Break fast, visit Ha Long market and its beautiful coast, getting on Chinese style junk, sailing around the bay. Enjoy the lunch with tasteful seafood. Exploring one of the biggest caves: Sung Sot cave and many small islets floating on the Pacific ocean Kayaking and visit the village of fisherman. Dinner and overnight on boat. Day 08 : Ha Long – Ha Noi (B,L,D) Getting up to enjoy the sunrise on sea. Sailing on the blue, pristine water through many islands and stunning islets of inspirational shapes. Lunch on boat and disembark. Driving back to Ha Noi.
