Departure: 21h15 on SP1 train from Hanoi train station, escorted with Pole-star guide. Overnight on Pole-star express sleeping carriage.
Day 01 : Sapa retreat
Am: car transfer from Lao Cai station to Sapa town, check in hotel and rest. Free to discover Sapa town: old church, unique central market. Having lunch.
Pm: Trekking downward Muong Hoa valley to Cat Cat village, discover the daily life of Black Hmong tribe. Continue to the beautiful waterfall then walk back to Sapa town.
Dinner and overnight in Sapa.
Day 02: Sapa - Coc Ly market
Am: car transfer to Bao Nhai suspension bridge from which you will take a boat ride upstream to Fairy cave. As the boat goes up, you will encounter the friendly Flower Hmong working on mountains and cooking in a smokey villages. Upon arrival, you are to join the stream of local people who are heading to the market with smiling faces. Free to discover the market and taking photos. Lunch will be served in style in a local restaurant.
Pm: taking a drive uphill to Ta Thang and making a visit to local school. You may stop at sightseeing place for photos and relax before continue your journey to Cao Son. About late afternoon, you will reach Lapatan commune, check in Pole-star guest house. Dinner and overnight here.
Day 03: Cao Son market
Am: visiting the village of Flower Hmong who live on agriculture and in a featured house. It is nowhere else but here you are invited to visit their house with two strong cup of wine. You will be surprised about their tradition and customs. Continue your walk to Cao Son market. Free to discover Cao Son market.
Pm: entering the muddy path to visit Cao Son waterfall which lies in the middle of corn valley. Back to Pole-star guest house for dinner and staying overnight.
Day 04: Lung Khau Nhin market
Am: having car driven to Lung Khau Nhin market ( 12km), free to enjoy the excitement of the market. 10.pm start walking to the village of Lung Khau Nhin, having picnic lunch while beholding the picturesque landscape of Muong Khuong district.
Pm: keep your pace to the village of Thanh Binh. The untouched life here is fabulous and impressive. You will see the houses without walls and women with gold teeth as a part of their tradition. After 2 hours walking, our car is await to transfer you back to Lao Cai train station. Dinner in a chic restaurant before taking overnight train back to Hanoi.
